We are also trained as Notary Signing Agents to walk borrowers through the real estate loan signing process & courier the documents back to the contracting clients in a timely manner. Basic Notary Rates are $10 per notarial act. Each additional notarization at time of visit is $5.

Additional fees may apply for services or forms provided by Notary at time of visit or for forms needing notarization that are NOT disclosed to notary prior to visit. It is very important that you discuss the details of documents to be notarized with the Notary when the confirmation call takes place so that the Notary can make the necessary preparations to make the signing as seamless as possible & you can have a clear understanding of rates prior to appointment.

Mobile service fees will apply & will be collected at time of service. Invoice will be provided. Fees are dependent upon distance & are calculated as follows:

0-9 miles +$10

10-25 miles +$25

26-40 miles +$40

41-65 miles +$65

70 > miles +$80

A to Z Signings patiently guides signers through the signing process providing them with descriptions of the documents they will be signing & initialing. We want borrowers to feel comfortable knowing what they are signing and NOT feel rushed.

Working with the contracted lender/title company, A to Z Signings will uphold all ethical standards. We will ensure loan documents are triple checked for signatures, initials & stamps before leaving the closing and return by mail and/or scan-backs at the agreed upon date/time. We understand communication is key, and will provide the necessary updates along the way.
